IF SOMEONE ASKED YOU WHAT COLOR THE SKY IS, WHAT WOULD YOU SAY? [Shey Stahl]

Day Twenty

Nobody felt like getting up early, today.

The first sign of life comes from Gaia. She suggests we play "spot the difference" between this picture and the ones taken in the past few days! Talk about "50 Shades of grey"!

Gaia - Trieste, Italy - 8.10 am
Marisa took a picture of this soft thread of pink clouds concealing the sun. A small bird, quivering, awaits.

Marisa - Curtatone, Mantua, Italy - 8.45 am
Soon later, the view from my bedroom window was like this:

Chiara - Berlin, Germany - 9.15 am
Gabriella was waiting for her son, who was taking his driving test. How did it go, Gabriella? Let us know!

Gabriella - Lecce, Italy - 10.11 am
I went to a DIY store, but couldn't find what I was looking for. I therefore decided to take pictures of the sky to cheer me up. I crossed a bridge over a canal and looked up.

Chiara - Berlin, Germany - 11.30 am
Then I went to the Post Office. Nearby stands a XIV century church, and the sun was shining right above it.

Chiara - Berlin, Germany - 11.45 am
Francesca, in Sweden, admired a wonderful sunset at 2.30 pm.

Francesca - Umeå, Sweden - 2.30 pm
We were happily talking about chocolate, when suddenly Irene remembered to tell me about the sky at Viareggio. She said the weather was very uncertain today: rain followed a clear sky followed rain followed a clear sky and so on. At 5.00 pm it was like that:

Irene - Viareggio, Lucca, Italy - 5.00 pm
Marisa didn't miss the moon through the clouds.

Marisa - Curtatone, Mantua, Italy - 5.07 pm
Emanuela took a mystical picture: Our Lady of the Neon Light?

Emanuela - Cesenatico, Forlì-Cesena, Italy - 5.18 pm
I saw the moon, as well!

Chiara - Berlin, Germany - 7.00 pm
Enrica was going to the cinema, tonight, to see a film with Maryl Streep. She said it wasn't snowing -yet.

Enrica - Asiago, Vicenza, Italy - 8.27 pm
A last picture has just come in: Gabriella shows us the night sky!

Gabriella - Sanremo Imperia, Italy - 11.00 pm

So, no early birds today, but plenty of night owls! Good night everybody!
